Body Treatments

Nizhoni Massage

Create the massage that's right for YOU!  Choose from a classic European Massage (long soothing strokes with a light to moderate touch) or a deeper massage, focused on problem areas and trigger points. 

60 minutes:    $80
90 minutes:    $110

 

Traditional Thai Massage

Enjoy the deep stretching of Traditional Thai Massage!  Performed on a mat, this treatment has sometimes been called "yoga for the lazy man."  Ideal for flexibility training.  You will feel invigorated, yet relaxed in this  session.  Please wear loose-fitting clothing.

120 minutes:    $150

Royal Thai Herbal Massage

This treatment was originally reserved for Thai Royalty.  Gentle stretching and massage are combined with the application of traditional heated herbal packs. The herbal packs are yours to take home for an additional 3 to 4 uses.  Throw them in a hot bath for a very relaxing spa  treatment at home!

 90 minutes:    $125

 

Desert Dream

East-meets-West in this Ayurvedic-inspired massage.  Organic essential oils redolent of the Southwest are blended in this supremely relaxing treatment.  Your skin will feel luxuriously soft and hydrated.  The perfect remedy for our hot desert sun!

Energy Work

CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle, non-invasive body treatment to assist in unblocking restrictions in the craniosacral system that impede the body�s inherent ability to heal.  Please wear loose fitting clothing for this treatment.  

60 minutes:    $80

Reiki

Using a feather-light touch, this popular therapy from Japan seeks to balance the energy body and chakras through a series of hand positions lightly placed upon the body.
